I got confused a couple of times when using PDFfiller, but their customer support was outstanding; they immediately responded and were very helpful.
PDFfiller is a solid solution for filling out yearly tax paperwork on my Mac. I'll be using it every year now.

Exceptional Support ...
Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Easy to use
Easy to useAllows the user to do things like make forms fillable very quickly. The size of the fields I added were slightly bigger than I would like, but this was not a major problem. Otherwise, I think it's intuitive and pretty easy. My needs are fairly simple, though - just making a workbook fill-able by students working online.

In this day and age when companies can treat you like a number, it is nice to know that PDF Filler is not one of them.
