I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. I reported this via live chat around 12:45 AM and it was resolved in about 10 mins or so. I was happy with the outcome.
It´s very complete, For me is the best online PDF manager, but i don´t have money to pay the service, I live in Argentina and I think that this service could works with adds to solvent the development
The application i sy to use and functions very well. I have had no issues with the app. Would like to know what "Host a Fillable Form"s. Opens an "Employment Agreement" when I click on it.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Does way better than I expected
Works way better than any other ones I have tried. Will not use anything else. Allows me to make changes to any document I have scanned in so far.

I love that I can easily cancel my Trial subscription. It is not scam, you can try and leave if you dont need it.
Best part of the service is responsiveness to online support, but there are a few minor glitches that should be addressed. I'll elaborate later when time allows for it.
