I have no idea whether it's worth it. I needed to get something done, and it was easy to find, so it was worth it to me. I certainly was glad there was a half price sale.
Had a problem with being unable to save a document. However Sam
on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.
This program has been THEE most useful tool for me in my professional life. I am still finding useful surprises. I can't imagine what I would do without it.
hard to figure out and hard to talk to customer support they like the texting thing I hate it love talking on phone talking to real people and takes a lot less time due to I can allow you to show me on my screen great technology

I was nice to fill-out a PDF form in type.
Easy to use. Helpful with PDF form filling. Much more professional to submit a form in type to a city administration.
It was a bit expensive for a short time need of 1-2 months. We only needed it for submittal of forms to a city administration.

Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. Anything I have paid for the program and year subscription was was worth the service I got. I hope she is recognized as the best! Thanks to the program but most of all to her. Great job!
Great Experience and Efficient PDF's
I only needed to use it for a few items I needed to update. The experience was easy and great. I enjoyed using it for what I needed in the moment. Once I cancelled my subscription they handled it promptly and professionally. If I am ever in need of PDF services again, I will definitely consider their services and so should you!!! Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
