PDFfiller gave me a refund and was very prompt in doing so when I stated I didn't not want to keep the service subscription. They were very nice about it with no drama. The software worked great but didn’t quite fit my needs as a student who uses pdf editing 90% of the time to write with a stylus for exams. The reason I gave them 5 stars is for customer service. They were very kind and helpful when I contacted them about my account.
What do you like best?
The fact that you can make templates for repeat use. That saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike?
The cost is a little high for what I use it for- just doing some monthly billing for a handful of clients.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It saves me time and I have a lot of difficulties filling out insurance forms by hand as the fields are so small.
Great Customer service
Great Customer service. I didn't need the subscription and thought I had cancelled but it turns out I was charged. I contacted them about it and received an immediate response and was refunded the money.
