I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.
Outstanding online rep answered my questions.
I reached out to one of your online chat support reps and was giving all the information needed to help me with my court brief that I'm writing. Dee sent me sample screen shots that helped me tremendously in a few areas. You got a good employee there. You should give the guy a raise.

All good here...I use it weekly for my workflows and I recommend it to my colleagues....
Top notch company to work with. Software was easy to use, and they were fast to respond with customer support. Definitely will use in the future if I have more needs to use this type of software.
Just getting to know how to use it, but it is exactly what I needed to make my documents sent to clients easier for them to fill out and quickly return to me.
I think their customer service is excellent and very responsive. I was intimidated by the website but that is a reflection on my limited tolerance to "figure it out".
