I was having problems with not just completing the forms but also with abtaining my information, the young man with online chat help was such a blessing to me. Being a disable veteran some of theis computer stuff if a bit upsetting but Ralph helped me.
It's a good program, convenient, relatively easy UI. Needing to subscribe to a function that was free for a time on the Adobe software, is an irritating feature of life in the 21st century.
It was fairly easy to search out IRS forms but then you find out they're not usable because they're in Red!?! Also it said if you paid for a one-year subscription you save 65%, but the yearly cost was exactly the same as paying monthly and you didn't know this until you processed your payment???
PDFFILLER HAS CHANGED MY PRACTICE - FOR THE BETTER
I use this software everyday and have found it a necessity in my practice.
Prior to having pdffiller, we still had to type into forms using a TYPEWRITER. No joke. With my legal practice there are numerous forms that we have to fill out. Not only does pdffiller have the usual ability to enter Text into a form, but the feature we rely on the most is the ability to DELETE and RE-TYPE into the document. This has improved the time it takes to draft and amend documents that were not originally created by our office.
Sometimes it is difficult to save under a different name and I often accidentally save over a prior document.

I LOVE THIS PROGRAM ! It makes your paperwork look far more proffessional than hand writing these forms. I really recommend anybody using this for their fillable forms

Kara in customer support was AMAZING!!! I couldn't get a form to do what I needed it to do so I sent it to her and she did it for me in no time! I needed it right away and she fixed my problem and saved my behind!!! I love this company!! Worth it's weight in GOLD!!!
