With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Client asked for form to be filled out. Decided to go ahead and use your service. It is easy to navigate, gets the job done beautifully and without difficulty. You have thought of everything!

The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. But that never happened.

It's early, but I like the versatility, and I found it a useful solution while updating my existing resume. I need to continue to use it, though. Need some experience still.

I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms. Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. That was my problem not realizing i had an account already. Thank yall so much!!!
