At first, I was disappointed by the service. We needed to fill out a rental application and have been very stressed. We found this website which seemed to be a dream come true. After having filled out all of the painstaking details, found that we had to pay to be able to fill out a document online. This was very frustrating. A little difficult navigating. There is no clear description of what some of the functions are. Would be helpful to maybe add a description as you hover over a button, or at least give a description of what the function does when you click on it.

Everything is easy to use. I was having some issues faxing and got a quick response from support. Other than that great experience so far. It would be cool if I could request documents from clients where they can upload and it would go to my docs in pdf filler.

I did not encounter any major cons while using the software, however, I would like to see more customization options for the templates.

Saving the doc from the pdf fillable to Word and then making any changes, changes spacing and became difficult to navigate the changes when trying to save as.
Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.
