I stumbled onto this software product because I needed to redo a 2012 - 1099 form. Since then, I've used it for other forms and I LOVE THE SOFTWARE!! I can't tell enough other people how great it is.

On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the issue. To say that they went right into action to fix my problem would be an understatement. PDFfiller - you're service is great. You're customer service is AWESOME. Thank you for not only addressing my issue quickly and efficiently but for going above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience to me.

The format of the website was a lot to get used to as there are a plethora of options to go through. Once I was familiar with the site it became obvious this was everything I needed it to be. Great functionality, easy to use. Highly recommend.

So far so good. I like the friendly interface and the different options of sending processed files. I would like to request developers to incoporate "rotating page" for some documents that may be uploaded upside down
