I expressed concern over miscommunication on the pricing and PDFfiller support took care of the issue immediately. I appreciate it greatly and believe their customer support is one of the best!
Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.
Only day 1, but so far so good. Love that all my files are stored in one place to access from any computer! Easy to use and email files. Great investment so far!

I want to start by saying that this program exceeded my expectations! It not only delivers on everything it promises but goes above and beyond. I started with pdfFiller almost a week ago, and tried to get support on and off. The Live Chat didn't work, so I was emailing, but the emailing didn't really work as I would wait for a response, and when I got a response, I was working on something else. But the Live Chat did work today. The first person was trying to help, but I didn't know how to do a screenshot and he got tired of waiting for me to do it and ended the chat. Then, I got KARA, who was fantastic. She did a Zoom meeting and showed me how to do everything I want. I am so relieved that I understand how to fix my problems, and I was just about to give up until Kara got on the Live Chat. She was patient and informative. She is a rock star!
