I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -
It was the worst because I had no idea how to work the program. It took well over 5hrs for something that should have taken less than 5 mins had a I known what to do

I like the ease to update a document quickly and effectively.

I wish that it was more intuitive I.e. when I erase something, ask what I’d like to do next and learn my behavior.

I wasn't able to login or access the acct and kara was extremely helpful and patient during the whole process. Now i am able to access the acct and move forward. She was wonderful!!!!
Great Experience and Efficient PDF's
I only needed to use it for a few items I needed to update. The experience was easy and great. I enjoyed using it for what I needed in the moment. Once I cancelled my subscription they handled it promptly and professionally. If I am ever in need of PDF services again, I will definitely consider their services and so should you!!! Good for regular use
It is ok for people who had to fill and significantly higher number of documents regularly. But whoever has one two documents for a month, quit expensive.
I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.
