Would be nice if you had a feature that would allow you to duplicate an image or header type across multiple pages in a file. If it is there my apologies, but I could not easily find it.
I was frustrated trying to work with another program, then gave up. I found your site on the internet and I am able under a very stress time limit to finish the work and I was pleased with the results.
Just a bit complicated to learn how to use the system for an 'oldie' but I'm sure it would become more familiar with more frequent usage. Thank you for allowing a trial to test the systems functionality.

The ease of downloading our own files to manipulate the data, and/or recreate a document.

I think a better training tool/video would be beneficial for new and old users.

We are able to recreate documents and manipulate the information needed in order to prepare real estate documents at a much faster pace.

Zip Files - have to open and resave docs needed for uploading to other sources.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! I have found the site easy to use and have not any problems with it. If I hit a snag with the functions I contact the team and they always sort it out for me. It certainly has made my work more efficient now that I am working from home.
