I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. CUstomer service gave me so much consideration by cancelling one of the two accounts and process the refund of my cancelled account.

THE ONLY THING IS IT MAKES ME PAY EVERYTIME I LOG OFF AND LOG BACK IN AND WANT TO PRINT. i THOUGHT IT WAS A MONTHY FEE BUT IT MIGHT NOT BE SO LOOK OUT FOR THAT.
