Wish that the tools were better on the app. Very limited there.
Also that there was a square/box that could be drawn, not just the addition of a circle.
Wish we had a phone number to speak to customer service directly. I am old school and like to get directions with a call otherwise you have a great service.

I used it for my rental application and lease. The app at times was very slow to open. that's why I rated it a 4/5. Other then that it was easy to use.
This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. When forwarding to a client, etc., I like that it generates a security code that's required to access the documents. Customer service is *******!
