Had some trouble with billing and the customer service was right on it and took care of the problem. Software is good and being able to access various pre-made docs is very nice.
I am very happy with the service. It is easy to use and very versatile. It is, however, quite expensive for the annual plan. Even if I used this on a daily basis, I'd feel like50 a year is much more reasonable.
The experience feels as if PDF Filler was really made with the end-user in mind. Everything I needed to produce a professional document made simple. Thank you.
this is a app that i will definitely continue to use. i was able to use without having to try to figure out how to use. would highly recommend for everyone.
Easy to Use
Easy to Use, Excellent Editing Techniques. Loved the opportunity to email, fax and input notes. Especially loved the notification to be sent to me when my email is accessed by the recipients. I work for a Charity and did not cancel my subscription in time. However, true to their word, pdfFiller responded to my request to refund (didn't have the correct form I needed) within an hour. I was really impressed and very grateful that they will refund this charge. Even though I didn't use them, I would definitely recommend them. They came across as quite honourable which makes a change these days...
