pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
I didn't know that PDFfiller would charge me a few after a lengthy form that I had to fill, I paid the fee and left a comment about the experience. I promptly heard back from a representative who made things right without me asking for anything. Customer service at its best!
I find it tedious that I cannot page or scroll down with my cursor on the document. I also like pdf filler apps used by realtors that let you initial and then step to the next blank to complete.
So easy to use not being rejected
My bank required my signature not an electronic signature. Maybe if I used my signature on pdf format I will try that next time.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Great Service
I had an issue with the billing, so I contacted customer service; the response was fast and the problem was solved promptly. I love pdfFiller for all of my document needs.
What do you like best?
I love how easy it is to navigate. the User-functionality makes it very easy to use and know how to create new content.
What do you dislike?
I wish there was a more user friendly version in IOS or Android App Store.

There is so much this Program can do. If you have the time, watch videos and contact the support team to ask questions about how to use this effectively.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have not had many problems because of how easy it is to use. I wish there were more payment options to choose from though.
