I was having problems with not just completing the forms but also with abtaining my information, the young man with online chat help was such a blessing to me. Being a disable veteran some of theis computer stuff if a bit upsetting but Ralph helped me.
Excellent service and initially I had an issue which was a user issue and not the fault of this company. This is an excellent product and excellent customer resolving my issue immediately and to my satisfaction. Completely satisfied !!!
I love this program because it is so easy to use. All of my forms look very professional. After the form is completed, I can save, email or print it. I won't use another program.
