On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the issue. To say that they went right into action to fix my problem would be an understatement. PDFfiller - you're service is great. You're customer service is AWESOME. Thank you for not only addressing my issue quickly and efficiently but for going above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience to me.
I needed PDF Filler (or something like it) for a specific purpose and for a short time. It got the job done.
I was surprised to see the Annual Fee ($72.00) show up on my credit card statement, instead of the monthly fee ($6.00).
I cancelled my subscription on 4/11/2016, and have been checking my statements for a refund. Am I waiting in vain?
Very helpful tool for 1099. How do you auto populate though. I find it tedious to manually type the same info over and over. Still WAY better than the alternative though. Thanks.
It had some really great features but not as easy to maneuver through as I thought it might be. Was expensive with no other option for a company that does not need it that much.

My experience has been great thus far. The use is seamless whether on my tablet, laptop, or phone, however, it's much easier to use on a laptop due to screen size.
I am able to conduct business, receive faxes, scan items, edit forms, and more while on the go. This makes life a BREEZE! I am never really disconnected from work unless I choose to be.
I would say the monthly payments are ongoing and never end. In real life, things like software have a finite value, however, I haven't seen an all-inclusive tool for less.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel.
I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. Thank you pdffiller for taking the time to hear my problem and helping finally find a resolution.
