Not the easiest to figure out initially, and detailed instructions are a bit hard to come by, but it seems to do what I need it to do to make signable forms and merged PDF's.
Does what I need, completing the use of PDF government forms that are professional and easier to complete, greatly aiding in their correct processing.

The House has two living areas and commercial/residential road (corner) and the value posted for one living areas only. Chatted online to cancel and refund $96 that I was charged and I got a pretty friendly guy named Peter! He was sweet and fast! If I needed this particular application again, I would definitely reuse them!!!
