so far so good. Not the easiest to find document while logged in. I find I have to do a search on the document from a web browser to get to it. PFDfiller couldn't find the doc from within the app.
This is easy to use. Since I have only one document to process and a CPA does my taxes, the cost of month-to-month seems high. I do hope it's easy to unsubscribe. I can't stand the way peoplefinders tries to undermine one-time usage. So thanks for your clarity and integrity.
It is impossible of find the document I am seeking and all I am getting is a WASTE OF MY TIME!!! The website is incredibly difficult to navigate!!!!! I don't think I am getting much value for the money I spent to print just one document!!! After this horrible experience SUPPORT STAFF was able to assist me in accessing the necessary document and getting it filled out to me the deadline. SUPPORT STAFF is very knowledgeable and were able to resolve the problem quickly!!! Count me a happy customer!!!
A very useful product, although a bit tricky (complex) to work with. I don't fill out enough PDFs to make a subscription worthwhile, even at the discounted 75%-off rate. Thank you for allowing me to try it!
Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Easy PDF
PDF filler is undoubtedly among the best software I have used for manipulating PDF documents. Easy to use, it offers many features and is less expensive than other software competitors. The only real flaw in my opinion is the lack of clarity about the free trial. The user can modify his document and only when downloading it he is asked to register with a payment method. This can be confusing and irritating if you don't know it beforehand.
