I LOVED IT, BUT I REALIZED THAT I THOUGHT THIS WAS SOMETHING I WOULD NEED ALL THE TIME AND IT IS NOT, SO SORRY TO SAY... I WILL BE CANCELING THIS PDF FILLER AT THIS TIME.. After discovering that TurboTax does not have a Mac version for business tax returns, I found PDFfiller and it is a great alternative. It is much more reasonable and includes all the forms needed to file my return.
I like the ease of use. I do think the help system needs and upgrade. Should have a searchable index. It is hard to find topics. I am an experienced software guy and just want to find out how to do thinks.
After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

I have been using the services for a few years know and i can honestly say they have updated and made it very user friendly.

I really appreciate being able to transform a regular, annoying PDF into an easily accessible document my clients can sign from any device and be sent by almost any app or service. This will definitely make going paperless a reality for our business
