This he first time that I have really used this program nd it has taken me a little while to get used to filling in the forms. Overall it has been fine
So far I have been satisfied with finding the forms that I need. However, I don't fax things and just wandering if that is included in the amount that I paid of $ 120.00.
Very easy to use
Very easy to download a document, fill in the required fields and electronically sign. When I had a small issue customer service solved it quickly.

The site is invaluable. While it will take few minutes to understand the steps necessary to fulfill your objective, especially for the novice. Once you recognize the protocol the site comes to be MOSTUseful!
