The service is great and the price for fax service is much less expensive than other companies. I love the fact I can fill out documents then email, fax, or file them away.
Pretty easy to use...so far.
The only thing that concerns me was I didn't realize I had to pay for this until I had finished filling out a complex form. How did i miss that information at the beginning?
This web site contained the basic form I needed for a transaction requested by my clients and greatly reduced the time spent preparing the documents required to commemorate the agreement of the parties to the transaction.

Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails.
