I'm getting used to it. When I was working (I'm retired now), I used Adobe Acrobat frequently, but now that I'm retired, I don't have the cash-flow luxury to own a version of Acrobat. So PDFfiler fits the bill most of the time. I'd have to say that I'm very pleased with the product.

I went into your chat hoping to get answers to my inquiries regarding my account and why I couldn't locate what it kept telling me that I should be seeing. Kara was the second chat agent I messaged in this desire to find out what I was doing wrong... which is fine. The first agent was like an operator I assume... finding out what I needed exactly and then transferring me to the right team. Which happened really QUICKLY!! I am NOT used to any online chats actually being able to do anything as fast as this happened today! Much less get an agent that could actually help me... TODAY was the first in a very LOOOONG time! Kara was GREAT!!! She needs a raise and maybe a promotion. Thanks again, Kara!!! KUDOS to Kara!!!
The one entity that I HAD dedicated my loyalty to (Best Buy) for over a decade... is now in my rearview mirror!!!! They are atrocious at helping anyone with anything online!!! The store employees have to go through the same phone number we do, so they're worthless! And corporate Best Buy... smh... I won't get ugly here, but just state that they were the final straw that broke the camel's back!! I will NEVER give them any more of my time or money!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!!
I was using pdfFiller to edit divorce documents I downloaded from the Court Clerks website. Being able to edit these documents was going to save me around $500 in attorney fees. When it was time to save and print I was directed to purchase the subscription. There are 2 options... you can pay for the whole year at once (paying $8 per month) or you can pay $20 per month and be billed each month. I accidentally authorized the whole year @$96 to be charged to my debit card. This was not my intention but I knew it was going to be such a hassle to get them to refund my money that had already cleared only to spend $20 with them. I contacted support thru the chat option anyway and found I was very wrong in my assumption. I was connected to Ray who in less than 5 minutes had refunded the difference of $76 back to my card and was inquiring if there was anything else I needed help with. This is how customer service should be and very rarely do I experience anyone who should bear the title of a customer service representative. THANK YOU RAY FOR YOUR HELP AND PDFFILLER FOR HIRING COMPETANT ENJOYABLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.
