Overall very handy. I did have a glitch in printing. When I hit Print Again, it made the page smaller and off center. This happened each time I hit Print Again on the CMS 1500 form, requiring me to go back and start from Print after each edit.
Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. Easy to use and very convenient to have for filling out forms and other documents that I would normally need to print out before filling in my information. I really enjoy the ease of this tool.
The program is easy
The program is easy. I use it to convert documents into templates and then I provide links with my fillable forms to my clients to complete and return. I highly recommend.
