I felt misled at first feeling I needed to purchase the pdf filler after I had already used it. The customer support team replied quickly and resolved my issue.

I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I will now have the inconvenience of having to cancel the subscription, since this is the last time I need to perform this function.

That i was able to fix and remove…
That i was able to fix and remove unwanted documents to send just what i needed. The fact that I can fax without having a big machine to do, matter of fact that is one of the reasons that I decided to use pdfFiller. You make filling out important documents easy and able to sign by uploading just a picture of the signature needed. However you could make it easier to be able to create a fax sheet more personal. The one on the website is okay but not personal enough. Maybe I will think about doing the annual thing let's just see what more I can learn to do with your program. thank you for making it so easy to send important documents from the comfort of my home office without having to pay someone else to fax for me

Hello, I have had pdfFiller for six months' now, and I have never had a problem with them. All my documents come out lovely, just as I thought they would. They are fast, easy and secure. Also, when you need your signature on something you are working on, pdfFiller is wonderful for that. Well, I tell you the truth. I am not an easier learning with software and subscriptions. I have a few such as fileinvite taxdome... but this PDFfiller with the customer service I have received from Dee just not, along with the two other I spoke with has been outstanding. Dee took the time I needed and is very well knowledgeable about how to navigate this system. I am super glad i was helped by Dee... Even though I am a slow learner, and I might need to chat in the future, I appreciate the time and walk through I was provided, I have not hard this customer service before.
