It has worked well. Minor issues that were easy for me to figure out. I wish there was a vertical line to assist in lining up edits needed on the documents once in pdffiller. Also it would be convenient to have an all document pagination - or if there is one, ease of finding it.
Payment issue dealt with swiftly
After both my cards being declined to register my subscription, I went onto the online support chat. Kara was super helpful and quick to deal with my issue - very professional and friendly. Kara was very generous in giving me three free days and advised within that time to try my payment again after 24 hours. Thank you Kara for taking the stress away and resolving my issue fast. Morven
Fast and great service
Fast and great service. Program was great but we didn't really have use for it. We forgot to cancel after our trial and was charged. Totally our fault. I contacted them and they handled this immediately. Talk about fast service. 😊 Thanks again.
Wonderful Customer Service
I recieved a charge for $96 today for a membership which I had believed I had cancelled. After contacting customer service, Sally was able to not only refund my $96, but also cancel my membership as I had only needed it briefly for a project for school. Within less than 3 hours all of my needs were met and taken care of. I have never experienced such amazing customer service.
