Confusing subscription. I don't even know if I ever received the discount for an annual subscription.
N-400 form in your library is OUT OF DATE
Better way of retrieving password
I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

The program is easy to use and super convenient. Your documents are always with you on the server PDFIller provides.
What do you dislike?
Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

Time saving, great price, invaluable tool
It makes billing time saving and easy
Ease of uploading needed documents
Ability not to have yo repeat type for claims
Verifiable signatures and dates
Saving .can be a bit confusing at first
Too many tabs can be confusing
Not always user friendly
Not for a new computer user
This is the best tool I have found thus far. I create digital workbooks for virtual training sessions and this PDF filler makes using the workbook by participants a breeze.
I mislead them on my intentions for the service level that I required. Once I brought it to their attention, I answered 3 questions; and the matter was immediately resolved. Outstanding customer service comms. !!!
