I like the program a lot. You recently changed the format a little. When I want to save a document to my computer, I can't tell it where to save it; it automatically saves it to my downloads, which I do not like. Before you changed the format, I was able to save a PDF completed document to whatever file I needed to on my computer. I would like to be able to do that again.

EXCELLENT Customer Service I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! Easily Add and Delete Pages From PDFs PDFfiller has saved me a lot of time combining PDFs and adding/deleting pages. Definitely a must have software. I like that I can easily add and delete pages from PDFs. They also make it super easy to combine PDFs together. Overall, very happy with the platform. Might be nice if there was an option to upload and download to Google Drive.
