I ended up not using there service but felt the need to write about my experience. I had a complex need that was nearly impossible to get. I signed up for a subscription and found out later my demand couldn’t be done. Their service team granted a refund quickly without the usual hoops to jump through. They were fast, professional and capable. I plan to use them for other projects.

Very easy to use
I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful.
I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.
I am in Accounts Payable and another dept. sets up our vendors. THe vendors were set up incorrectly and now need 1099. PDFiller has saved me so many headaches. Thank you so much!!

The ease of use. The site makes it easy to make the changes needed.

The recent changes to the interface. I'm struggling to find the buttons I always used.

Changing information on PDF proposals and helping create timesheet reports
I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.
