I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.
Also, I thought I signed on for a5.95 one month contract that I could cancel at any time. Why am I being charge19.95 Please answer this question. Thank you
This was the best PDF editor site I have seen thus far! It was so smooth and easy to use, as well as had multiple options to easily save and transfer the document without needing to convert everything back and forth!

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. I really enjoy this app. I would like to learn more on how to download documents from my desktop and personal files in addition to documents on the web.
Excellent programme
Excellent programme, does exactly what you need it to. I'm very satisfied with it.The only reason I didn't rank it 5 stars, was because it is slightly slow to use, in that there are a lot of buttons and windows.It could be made to be more intuitive, and more straightforward.But nevertheless, it does do what I need! So no complaints.
