I am enjoying the service. It is user friendly from a design point of view. I don't have feedback from the recipient experience however I will rate that component once I receive the feedback.
5 stars - but I am putting in 4 right now because I need to learn how to print on larger paper which means I have to go through the instructions to figure out how. But I am very pleased so far.
I LOVE THIS SERVICE SO FAR. IT HAS ALLOWED ME TO CREATE THE DEMOGRAPHICS FORM FOR TAX PAYERS IN THE LAY OUT THAT I ALWAYS DESIRED. THE BONUS TO THE LAYOUT IS THE PDF FILL IN THAT ALLOWS YOU TO INSTRUCT THE CLIENT RIGHT WITHIN THE CELL. THE SEND TO SIGN FEATURE IS AMAZING IT ALLOWS ME TO OFFER A FASTER SERVICE WITH OUT HAVING TO HAVE A PERSONAL INTERVIEW.
Probably just me, but having trouble creating a fillable form and saving to my computer. Will keep exploring!
I have since figured out more basics!

Kara, had so much patience for me and my situation and I was annoyed with my self for how little I knew about technology, but hung in there with and walked me through it and got me where I need to be to get what I came for, She is a great asset to your organization. Thanks for hiring her!!!!
Easy to use
Easy to use. Has an issue with locating my document on my device when done. Took a few minutes to find it in downloads instead of documents.
