Took forever to figure out it wasn't free. Here I thought I was filling out a form to print and filled it all out then said I need to pay. Very frustrating

That got me upset but after contacting Shennon online support, I was assisted, and in less than 10 minutes, it was resolved. Shennon exceeded my expectation. Satisfied. My experience was excellent. As a first time user, the program was full featured and easy to use.
Ability to complete my tasks quickly and easily.
Ease of use. The program was very intuitive for me to use from the start and had all the features I needed to complete a complex form. It is an excellent piece of software.

It edits pdf that other application or websites cannot do.It is convenient to make multiple pdf documents.I like the idea that i can also sign any document using pdffiller.
The fact that you have to pay for it in order to use the free version.

The only problems I have is my limited use of the software. It works great for someone like me who just started a business and need invoice templates, proposal templates and estimate templates
Still learning... but so far so good.
Convenient user interface, able to quickly make the necessary edits to my documents and I'm enjoying using the product.
