your tech support made this SO less scary and I have already been recommending you to others..and telling them about your support team n how they make it easy n not stressful or horrible..they hold your hand & walk you through it & explain everything, Thank You.

If the pop ups on the forms would stop that would be terrific. It would also be nice before I go putting all my personal info in the form that you put the price up front.

It was easy enough to use the first time I tried. I was able to fill out my 1099's within a couple hours and file them with the IRS. It was so simple! I appreciate your service.

I have had trouble finding documents and sending them in the past, it seems as though this site is easier to use today. I'm not the most tech savvy person in the world so I am learning sometimes the hard way! Definitely easier yesterday: to find documents to fill out and send. Makes billing a breeze!

The UI were strange at times(As I sometimes had to look for something specific) , but overall my experience were really good as I am able to achieve my goal everytime with ease. I were using the edit pdf feature and again a bit of trouble trying to establish what I was looking for, but once I found it, it was quite an ease.
