Things have been good. The only thing I wish it had from the main screen was the ability to save the document as a different version from the forms page.

I had an initial difficult time getting use to the program. I have now fine tuned the functions and have accessed the benefits. The support online was informative and patient with my frustrations. I will recommend this program to my clients and co-workers. The cost is reasonable.

I sat down and began using it right away without any tutorial what so ever. It's just that easy. Looking forward to learning what else this program can do.

For people who are not that good in technology like me (you are not to blame), it was a bit difficult to find a website where I could fill important documents to send via internet in a safe manner. After a while, I found your website and once I figured out how to save and send the documents I can say that it is a good website. I was having more problem with another program, and came across this one, and it seemed so much more simple. I was able to understand this tutorial better than another program, and took care of my needs.

Great, this time so far. I used the program a little over a week ago but my documents were messed up because I was not told I had to pay first in order to save or print the document. I had to create it all again. It was the same one as this now, 821 ssa form. It took me hours to get as far as I had.
