It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. Found that out when I clicked "done" and suddenly the prices came up. Very confusing way to do business.
Have been using PDF filler for about a week. We decided to use it for our company because it was secure, had all the functionality and more than competitors. It was also had a better price point for our purposings.
I was a little confused when I first began using the app, but did an online chat with their agent who walked me through what I needed to know. Therefore; I would recommend this subscription to any Commercial Insurance Agent who issues multiple Acord forms.
I can't verify that my completed forms are actually sent to recipients. Programs keeps requesting me to have my e-mail verified but no code is ever sent to my e-mail.
No way to easily add additional pages in a template I used. Had to keep erasing everything to start new page. “Next” button skips all over the page, so this isn’t tablet-friendly. Waste of my annual subscription fee.
Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel.
