I had a lot of difficulty paying. I put in my info and believed I was signed up but I was not - only registered. I had to put credit card info in again
I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -
So easy to use not being rejected
My bank required my signature not an electronic signature. Maybe if I used my signature on pdf format I will try that next time.
What do you like best?
PDF Filler is super simple to use. I love that you can just click where you need to put information (whether it’s a checkbox, words, etc) and it’s done. If you have a form that you use often you can even save it as a template so you don’t have to go back in and create new boxes each time.
What do you dislike?
I’ve had a few issues with the site being down but this only lasted for short periods of time. Otherwise, the product itself is fantastic.

Instead of needing to print forms out, we are able to fill them out online, at a cost effective price. Saving us paper, ink and time.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. I used their services for 1 year, all great services and does exactly what you would expect. Also they are very fast to respond to customer's emails.
They also gave me a very fast refund within few hours of requesting it as my subscription was auto renewal and i no longer needed that second subscription. Highly recommend and can be trusted with your money 100%.
Helpful program with good customer support
This program makes it much easier to complete a complex form than doing it by hand and the customer support is very responsive.
I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
