I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. Hats off to the chat agent, awesome customer service, GIVE her a RAISE! LOL
This service was extremely helpful when I was in a pinch for an assignment for work! Loved being able to combine multiple PDF's into one cohesive document, as well as edit, add text, and highlight on my existing PDF. Easy to use and user-friendly!
overall my experience with PDF filler has been great. I have been able to generate numerous forms and have been able to save and email them as needed.

I have been using PDFiller for 2 years now, and it doesn't disappoint! It is easy to navigate around, and just as easy to save on to your computer, send as email or just print right away. I also like the new function of saving repeated work as a template. Thanks so much for a great product!

customer service was excellent I had an issue with information and then computer shutting down. Helped me retrieve that form and walked me through. If I needed this service I would use this service.
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)"

I have been using PDFfiller and it is great! I am using my own PDF forms, therefore, I would rather browse the files on my computer rather drag and drop. But this is a personal preference. The drag and drop does work. I am using it to prepare and send contracts to customers and it is well accepted. I have attempted to do this with other popular word processing and spreadsheets and they are very complicated and don't work for me.
I like PDFfiller very much.
