I like the program. I did pay for it, so I feel that I should be able to upload pictures to the file. Uploading images should be included in a basic membership. I still like the service.

I've only been using it for about 15 minutes but it seems like you have a lot of good stuff on here. I could use a webinar to give me more insight into how to use your vast resources
I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. The retrieval and storage of my docs (either completed or still being worked on) is so simple now that even I can do it! The work has become easier thanks to pdfFiller. Thank you.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. Overall I'm satisfied, however, the edit tool is giving me some trouble. While I can edit, my corrections are not being saved :0(
