I like the convenience of uploading docs from the internet
I don't like how files are stored, it requires too much renaming.
Subscription and refund
I Had £91 taken out my account for a subscription that i didnt know i had and could not afford, I went on the live chat and spoke with Maria, i told her my issues, she went above and beyond to help me.
She managed to cancel my subscription and issued a full refund she was an amazing agent
I'VE USED PDFFILLER OFF AND ON FOR A FEW YEARS AND THEY HAVE BEEN OUTSTANDING!!! I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP RESOLVE A BILLING ISSUE. THEY WERE HELPFUL, UNDERSTANDING AND PROMPTLY RESOLVE MY ISSUE. MUCH APPRECIATION AND RESPECT.
It is cumbersome to upload every document, fill it out, then download it. I wish there was a free program that let you fill out and sign pdf documents directly
