I like the smooth transitions and the features are easy to locate. There are no complicated sign up passwords and the editing is very simple to use. Just point and click!

Solidly good... but a little difficult to change fonts and the annoying text box that asks if you want to uncheck something often blocks the next thing you need to check.
Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. integrating pdfFiller has been a breeze, my team use it everyday to send out dozens of branded quote documents and it's never failed us.
The main driver for us in this decision was the ability to use our own branded PDFs. The second was the ability of pdfFiller's system to integrate with Salesforce via Zapier.
I genuinely can't think of anything I don't like. It does exactly what it needs to do.

It is easy to use - quick to navigate, simple to amend pdf documents

Sometimes not compatible with the pdf you upload, so when saved it hasn't accurately filled in the right boxes

The ability to quickly amend and update documents that clients sends in a pdf format, and also to change into other formats such as word.
