I really like your product. I am not very computer savvy so I would greatly appreciate a webinar to help with navigating your website. That being said I have used your chat feature several times and your agents have all been awesome...very helpful!!
It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. What do you like best?
The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone.

Read through the documentation on how to use it
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.
Cancelled my subscription within the 30 Trial Period and was charged the following month. Had an online chat and they issued a refund with no questions asked. Good Business!
