On the minus side I don't have enough PDFs monthly to justify the cost.
Maybe there could be a 'per page cost' for the infrequent needs.

I had to use pdf Filler to fill out some online divorce documents, and after being initially upset at having to pay for a monthly subscription for a year to print it (very upset), I sucked it up, signed up, and have never stopped using it. Just discovered the eraser...very cool.
I needed on copy of a form, that is all and I was charged 120.00, that is an expensive copy. I have cancelled your service and would appreciate a full refund. Charge me for one copy fine, but not 120.00. Thank you

PDF Filler has wonderful customers service. They provide a very extensive service and if I ever need such a comprehensive program again they will be whom I will sign up with. They took care of my needs and quickly helped me when I needed some extra help.
Subscription and refund
I Had £91 taken out my account for a subscription that i didnt know i had and could not afford, I went on the live chat and spoke with Maria, i told her my issues, she went above and beyond to help me.
She managed to cancel my subscription and issued a full refund she was an amazing agent
