Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It certainly resolved my issue and I was glad to upgrade my previous rating of PDF filler to 5 stars! Great customer service!
Unfortunately I paid for PDFescape before I found you. I subscribed to the Ultimate - it was very user unfriendly with absolutely no online tutorials or help - and I am no novice, I have designed and published several of my own websites. easy to use , quick , efficient saves me time . switched from ADOBE which WAS a good product but no more. crashed so often that I could barely complete one report in a day. I did this one in less than an hour. Thank you
I like the system is very powerful and I can do a lot more things with formulas and programming features. I need to study deep your app and you have excellent support. I want to recognize for your work a Gilbie and I want to receive a manual or guide. I'm very happy and my imagination flies with your app to do a lot of applications.

I used their services for 1 year, all great services and does exactly what you would expect. Also they are very fast to respond to customer's emails.
They also gave me a very fast refund within few hours of requesting it as my subscription was auto renewal and i no longer needed that second subscription. Highly recommend and can be trusted with your money 100%.
