My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

Overall a good experience. Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.

First time to become a landlord and the ease of finding the correct forms is amazing. Being able to fill in the forms one looks more professional but two saves me a lot of time. Your page is easy to navigate. Just love you guys all around. Thank you

Its been great, should be implimented into every office (I've interned for multiple senators) and if I would've had this in Rubio's office, I would have left two hours early eveyrday.
