I am looking for a company wide solution that works for us to electronically fill out pool construction contracts and then have customers sign them and notify our accounting department of the signed contracts

For the most part, it is a helpful tool. However, I will need to cancel my initial free subscription because one of the documents I would be using on a bi-weekly basis would be for payroll purposes. Unfortunately, when I scanned the document, I was not able to enter numbers in the fields. After several attempts, I checked the hardcopy document and it has a feature, which requires an applicant to fill in the document with a blue pen, something I was not aware of ahead of time. Evidently, the company had the documented protected to only read "handwritten", blue pen entries. I would be using the document as mentioned above for other candidates on a weekly basis and since this product, through no fault of its own, won't allow me to do that, it doesn't serve my business purposes.

Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. If ever in need of a service, PDFfiller will get my business!
Need Email Ease
I would prefer to have the email document link a little easier to navigate. Maybe a big button with 2 steps to it so it isn’t accidentally sent?

Easy and Superb!
I love how easy pdfFiller is to use. Also, the results are amazing! I uploaded a signature that looked great from my computer but I couldn't get the page colour right. PdfFiller fixed the colour so that the background of the upload and the entire document were identical. I didn't need to try fixing it myself!
Great Service - Great Support Team
I used this service just once, but it was very easy to navigate the site and all of its capabilities. I thought I had canceled my subscription after I was done and forgot about it until I was charged the full annual fee. I reached out to them to see if I was eligible for a refund since I had not logged into my account in 29 days. They agreed to refund the charge and were very timely about it! I will use this service again if I ever need it again.
Perfect for what I needed. The features are great but I wouldn't continue using it long term, because it's a bit pricey for something I won't use very often.
