After initially getting the hang of it, this was the best fillable system I have ever used. Customer service was outstanding and I will definitely continue to use your service. Thanks again for making this such an easy process.

im just learning with a new business i just started. i love it. I dont have a printer or scanner so i really appreciate you guys for offering the services you do through PDF.

The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed. My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun. Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

It is very practical and resourcefule. I had no issues what so ever and I didn't have to do a tutorial to learn how to navigate since everything is perfectly laid out.

The site is very easy to navigate. I'm a novice when it comes to anything to do with forms, etc. Your site is so easy because it's intuitive. It just makes sense about what to do next, no hunting around trying to figure what the site builders were thinking. Easy peasy.

This is a super good program, it helped me all along with my university applications, it's really fast and intuitive. Thanks, team PdfFiller :) Totally worth the money
