This software has become a go to for pretty much every PDF file I have to create. I have used it to create forms that our midsize business uses on a daily basis. I find it to be very user friendly and a quick and easy way to get what you need. It has positively affected our costs of printing and paper, and it's good not only for our budget but for the environment too!
Customer service is not the fastest and sometimes I have a question that needs to be resolved that day. I read online that it depends on the plan you have purchased and I don't think that is the best way to treat your customers.

I had an issue merging documents using my pdf-filler account. I submitted a help ticket and the representatives were prompt in addressing my concerns and quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. Great customer service. No hassle refund when I forgot to cancel before my free trial ended, I very much appreciate a company that operates this way!
I activated to try for the first time and only needed for a single transaction. Very easy to use and should I need a service in the future, would definitely purchase.

Many of our forms require customization for each customer. The pdfFiller support team is very helpful

I would like more font options. Other then that I have no problems
