Very handy application for filing in multiple similar forms. It's easy-to-use and can be accessed from whatever machine I happen to be at.... like I said, very handy.

Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. I needed to edit a pdf file that was very long with only few corrections so this program was great.
It was so easy to use...I especailly like the erase too and then the size too to make the correction look good.
nothing.. I liked the entire program. I thought the cost was a little high as I only needed the program for a few weeks and wont be needing it again. So a lower fee for a weekly or monthly use would be good and you may get more users that way too

The Editing feature on this product was hard for me to master
When I tried to sign in from a new home…
When I tried to sign in from a new home computer, after I put in my email and password, a box flashed with information in the top right of my screen. It flashed and disappeared so quickly that I could not read it. I had to keep attempting to sign in so that each time I could read a little farther in the box which I finally was able to read and it told me that an email had been sent to my email account and I had to go there to verify that it was me signing in from this new computer. The box should not flash and disappear so fast that it cannot be read.
Billing, invoices and subscription
Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

Good Features and Functionality
I have used this software app for every type of editing, creating, and converting imaginable and have yet to have something it couldn't do.
You can use the software for almost any kind of pdf editing, plus document type conversions. It is very easy to use without much training or help.
The most recent update added a step to get to your full document list. Wish they would have left it at the original dashboard where all your docs appeared without the extra click.
