I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.
Also, I thought I signed on for a5.95 one month contract that I could cancel at any time. Why am I being charge19.95 Please answer this question. Thank you
It is a very easy way to fill out your form, however I did have difficulty retrieving my document after signing up. I contacted the customer service which gave a different website to use.
It is expensive. You need to reduce the annual price. I also do not like the way the eraser works - it is either very sketchy or one has to save a doc and reload to erase something just done. Very slow and clunky

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. very happy so far, awesome program for what I'm doing, fairly easy to navigate thus far, the real test will come in a few months when I'm using it a bit more to its potential.
I had know problem using it.
It is design for people who aren't that familiar with different programs.
Easy to use, self explanatory . Even my wife who rarely uses computer was able to use it.She was surprised her self that she able to use it without much help.
aomw kinks. the fillable form doesn't work for distibuting to multiple clients as it saves the info the last client entered presenting high-risk for data breach

I've had an overall great experience using PDFiller. The variety of features gives me the convenience to edit my documents, save them, upload them to my account and allows me to easily send them by email to be signed.

It's pretty nice for a PDF-filling application. Wish I could do a reasonable one-time purchase instead of having to pay monthly, though.
