honestly was harder to understand the first time, but I came back a few weeks later and in just that time it had become much more intuitive and to me seems to flow perfectly!
What do you like best?
I love the template feature. Working for multiple physicians practices and several providers, it's so nice to be able change the provider name so easily and even organize my documents into folders that I can access no matter where I am!

I am able to be sufficient and quickly prepare forms from anywhere I may be.

Great Customer Service
We thought this was a bit scammy when we were charged for a plan no one recalled signing up for but once we found the email address associated with the account they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge, no questions asked. Very pleased!
What do you like best?
It gives me options and variations of a document that saves me time AND aggravation.
What do you dislike?
Nothing, really. It suits our needs. Maybe more variety of documents.

Saves me time, quick retrieval, easy corrections, do not have to reinvent the wheel.
This review is primarily for the customer service. This company had extremely quality customer service. FAST responses. I would definitely recommend trying it out for that alone, they will work through and address any issues you have. You won’t be disappointed. Great job.
